If you are unable to connect your retailer account to Try.com because it keeps failing, there are two possibilities:

1. Your password is incorrect. Go to the retailer’s site and perform a Forgot Password to reset your password. Then, use this password to connect your retailer account to Try.com.

2. You don't have a retailer account with the email address registered with Try.com. Either connect an additional Gmail account to Try.com or create a new account with the retailer.
