Your retailer account and Try.com accounts must use the same email Google Account to be able to Try For Free. You have three options to resolve this issue:
1. Edit your retailer email address to match the Google Account connected to Try.com
2. If your retailer account is registered with a Google Account you can Google Connect this email to Try.com by going to https://try.com/settings, scrolling down to the Google Accounts section and clicking ‘Add Inbox’
3. Create a new retailer account using the Google Account connected to Try.com
